ENCORE is a full service catering operation that offers its clients a wide range of services intended to specifically meet their needs. If service staff will not be needed on location at your event, you may choose to have Encore deliver your menu items or you may pick them up at our location.
When the client needs ENCORE to be on location during the event, staffing is available. Our personnel strive to provide the highest quality professional service for your event. Staffing for an event is planned according to the requirements of your venue choice and menu selection. We offer food service personnel only for events catered by ENCORE.
Several factors are considered in determining a service charge for an event - the number of guests, the menu and the location of the event, as well as the needs of the client. The service charge encompasses all aspects of the labor required at your event. Depending on your needs this could include waiters, bartenders, bar assistants, cooks, dishwashers and set-up personnel as well as management. Staffing is planned to meet the needs of the client and to ensure the successful staging of the catered affair.
